I specialize in treating trauma using EMDR, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) using a mindfulness and comprehensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based model, and helping Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) reduce daily overwhelm and learn to thrive!
